    The qualification is designed to develop and enhance the skills and competences of individuals looking to work at a supervisory level in the hospitality industry, including areas such as supervising the work of others, developing working relationships, control of resources, maintaining health, hygiene and safety.
    The purpose is to confirm competence to support learners who are already in or are working towards a supervisory role in the hospitality sector.

    LEVEL 4 DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM MANAGEMENT

    The purpose of the qualification is to develop learner's knowledge and understanding of aspects of management and other topics relevant to the hospitality and tourism industry. Areas to be covered include;

    LEVEL 5 DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM MANAGEMENT

    The purpose of the qualification is to further develop knowledge and understanding of the range of aspects of the tourism and hospitality industry, including contemporary issues influencing development theories of intentional development will be considered including sustainability. Learners will be encouraged to analyze their entrepreneurial skills and develop research skills.
